Who we are

Bevel is the Shopify design and engineering studio behind this site and the Inlay theme. For anything below, we are the data controller and you can reach us at hello@bevelthemes.com.

What you send us

When you send a brief we receive your name, email, store address, what you need, budget, timeline, your message, the page you sent it from and, if you arrived from a link or an ad, where you came from. We use it only to reply to you and to prepare a quote — the basis is your request (steps before a contract).

The form passes through Cloudflare (our form endpoint and its Turnstile spam check, which looks at technical signals from your browser) and lands as an email in our Google Workspace inbox. We keep briefs that don’t turn into a project for up to two years, then delete them; project correspondence is kept as long as accounting law requires.

Cookies and analytics

Without your consent the site sets no cookies. It only remembers, in your own browser, the colour theme you picked and your cookie choice.

If you click Accept in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 (which pages are visited and how) and the Google Ads tag (which ads lead to a brief). Both set cookies and send data to Google, which may process it outside the EU under its standard contractual clauses. Decline, and neither loads. You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, delete or export the data we hold about you, object to its use, or withdraw consent. Write to hello@bevelthemes.com and we’ll answer within a month. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
