Every plan starts with a full store audit in the first month, so we work from one prioritised list from day one. Prices exclude VAT where it applies.

No hours to count. Your plan sets how many requests we work on at once and how fast we answer. Keep the list as long as you like — we work through it in your order.

Because you’d have to watch the clock, and so would we. A flat monthly price with a clear pace — how many requests in progress, how fast we reply — keeps both sides focused on shipping. If a request turns out bigger than a plan covers, we say so before starting and quote it as a project.
Yes. Plans run month to month: cancel any time and the plan ends with the month you’ve paid for. Pausing for a quiet season is fine too — tell us before the next month starts.
Any Shopify theme: Dawn and the other free themes, paid Theme Store themes, custom builds and older vintage themes. The first-month audit tells us exactly what we’re working with.
No — a collaborator account with only the permissions the work needs, usually themes and sometimes apps. You approve it, you can remove it at any time, and we never touch orders, customers or payments.
We work European business hours (CET): a full overlap with the UK and Europe, and the morning on the US East Coast. Reply times in each plan count business days.
Yes — the same plans, under your name, with your clients’ requests coming through you. Mention it in the brief.
